Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What kinds of events can I host? Our event space in Lafayette works beautifully for professional events like workshops, trainings, team events and networking mixers. It’s also a favorite for personal celebrations, from elegant dinner parties to sip-and-paint nights.
How many guests fit? Up to 80 guests for a standing event, or 40–50 seated. We have chairs for 40 on site. If you need more, you can rent extra chairs from a local vendor, and we’re happy to recommend one.
Can I bring catering? Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food and alcohol, or work with the caterer of your choice. No bartender or event insurance is required.
Is there parking? Yes. We have two private lots with about 30 spaces total, plus plenty of public parking nearby in downtown Lafayette.
How does payment work? 50% of the rental fee is due when you book to hold your date, and the remaining 50% is due the week of your event.
Can I see the space first? Absolutely. Schedule a tour and we’ll walk through your event with you and talk about setup.
How do I book? Fill out our event form with your date, guest count and event type, and we’ll follow up with availability and pricing.
