We offer a 10% referral fee for all brokers. We are relationship based and will send our clients back to you in the future. Subject to our terms and conditions, Pillar will pay a fee for qualified introductions equal to a percentage of the membership fee agreed to in the initial membership agreement and paid in full by the Introduced Entity and received in full by Pillar, in accordance with the Fee structure in the following table.

At Pillar we want to work with brokers to make the partnership as easy as possible. To do that we created a simple form for you to submit client information along with your own so we can track referrals and information.
You are welcome to introduce as many clients as you want, but please submit forms individually.
Once an introduction has been formally submitted we’ll reach out to all parties confirming the relationship, and at that point you can let us know the best way to communicate with your client – either through you or to them directly.
Once your client has executed a membership agreement and paid their agreed-upon balance, Pillar will issue payment of the agreed upon commissions due to you in total.
Finally, we know referred members are still your clients so we want to refer them back to you before their term-date. Whether they’re expanding, extending, or moving we don’t cut you out of the process.
